So for today’s solution: wearing tailored work clothing if you are bustier than the average woman – Corporette did a great post on it last fall, where I left a very long comment, which led off with this sentence “Before you go out and buy new clothes, buy great bras.” As a result of that comment, I have gotten several emails asking me for store recommendations and so forth. I have received enough emails, that I keep meaning to do a post about Bratenders in NYC and Coup de Foudre in Washington.
Everyone, no matter their bra size, should go to either place, or an equivalent in their town (Nordtrom and Intimacy are good options too). At Bratenders, ask for Raquel – she’s a complete genius when it comes to finding a bra that works for you, and I am hard to fit – I have been hard to fit since I passed D territory sometime in college, and Raquel had lots of great advice. I also recently had a fitting at Coup de Foudre in Washington – they were very helpful there.

Bra*Tenders is the best thing that ever happened to boobs, period. You just show up, they do all the work, you leave looking waaay better than you arrived, and happy, happy, happy. Whoever thought my F cups could look so good?
That is exactly the best way to describe Bratenders
