*I cannot wait for Kimberly Wilson‘s new book, Tranquilista, coming out in 2010 – aren’t the cover and the site for the book adorable?
*Kaileen Elise has a great post on focus, frugality and fun this month – and I have to thank her for the kind shoutout she gave me
*Positively Present gives us lovely reasons to fall in love with fall.

*A nice reminder on the importance of sleep
*Bloggers must now disclose when items they review have been gifted to them {note, here on CGL, I have been doing this as a disclosure in italics at the bottom of the post, though I also often mention that fact as part of the post}

What a great list of links and thank you SO much for mentioning my site! I'm honored that I was on the Listmania today. Thanks!
Love your list!
The disclosure link doesn't seem to work..
Great list! I am happy for the disclosure requirement. I know when I am sent items from PR firms for their clients or from companies directly, I state a disclaimer right away to let people know the item was free and sent to me.
I also let the companies know that sending me a freebie doesn't mean I'll give it a good review
awesome list! i agree with you and karley, i'm happy about the disclosure too.
thanks for the shout-out, doll. delighted you like the new tranquilista website! xoxo
thanks for including me on your list! i love visiting the links you share – always something fun & new to discover xo, kaileenelise
I just read somewhere that FTC wanted tweets disclosures as well. How does one go about doing that ?..:)
Positive Present and Kaileen Elise – my pleasure!
Kimberly – love love love the website
Karley and Melita – Agreed.
Lavanya – I have not seen the twitter thing.
Since I posted this listmania poast, it occurred to me I should make it clear I cannot give advice on how to implement these disclosure rules since that could constitute legal advice, which would be bringing in my professional life into my blogging life, aka not a good idea. I am sure there are going to be lots of great resources out there on these rules shortly. Beyond the link I posted in this listmania to introduce a reiteration of my policy, I am not going to keep posting anything on the FTC rules at all moving forward.
