I loved the chapter on laughter. I am guilty of not laughing often enough, and I actually read this chapter a week I particularly needed to be reminded to laugh well and often. It really does make an amazing difference to relieve stress. I also love how Martha Beck is completely not snooty about achieving one’s laughter quotient for the day – I found that very refreshing.

Hi CG – what are you favorite ways to infuse laughter in your day? I sometimes think of funny memories and giggle to myself. Other times I put in my favorite funny DVD and let the movie do the work for me. No matter what, laughing is always a good time. ♥kaileenelise
