I was browsing etsy and found out that one of my favorite sellers, Cupcakes in Jars (which I reviewed here) has vegan Fleur de Sel Vanilla Caramels. I thought that was so very cool seeing as so many people abstain from dairy for various reasons. Photo from Cupcakes in Jars.

Very interesting but I don't think they are only caramelized sugar with water. Do you think they may contain soy milk or butter?
Hi Ivy – they do contain soy milk and a soy butter. I was just fascinated that there exist dairy-free caramels
