I am SO glad it is Spring – or least seems like it is Spring – here in Washington, DC. It has been such a long winter, and I am so happy that it is in the low 70s today. The cherry blossoms are in just two weeks and I love this time of year here.
*This week, two of my favorite bloggers wrote posts about blogging with authenticity: Noshtopia and Tulips and Tea. Do check out those posts, as they are such good reminder on how to blog from the heart.
*I am starting to think chia seed puddings are my new obsession – it all started when I read this post on chia pudding (you’ll want to scroll halfway down the post). My first pack of chia seeds arrived yesterday and I made a raw cacao version last night and a vanilla version today, and loved both. They are packed with fiber and other healthy goodies.
Some of you who have been reading for a while know that last year I modified my eating in hopes to improve some recurrent health issues. One of the things I also tackled was low-glycemic eating. A few months later I discovered Meghan’s Low-Glycemic tutorial, and it has been truly helpful in understanding how exactly how low-glycemic eating can help many aspects of health. I love how Meghan runs 5 day challenges like these as she makes them fun. And, ss an extra incentive, between now and March 21st, if you buy any two (or more) Meghan Telpner tutorials or media downloads of your choice, you’ll receive 15% off the total purchase by entering “MoodStable2010” as your discount code at checkout. Meghan suggests the 5 Days Low GI tutorial and The Adrenaline Lunch mp3 as a pair, and I also wanted to recommend the 5 Day Vegan tutorial. While I do not eat 100% vegan, her 5 Day Vegan tutorial was super helpful in becoming more heavily plant-based. Click here to visit Meghan Telpner- Making Love In The Kitchen.

Thank you for the links! I am contemplating getting the low GI e-guide. Re: the 5 day vegan tutorial- is it geared more toward meat eaters? I am vegetarian- which is why i was wondering. Thanks much!!
I'm SO glad it's Spring, too! We got a freakish storm/cold front this weekend, but it's back to the 70s this week. Yay!

This sounds like a great guide. I have not had chia before, but I am starting to hear more about it. Time to look into it!
