Today’s lunchbox was all about ease. I was rushing, so packed a couple of dips and lots of cut up vegetables and some crackers, designed to provide me with lunch and two snacks:
- 2 zucchinis and a red pepper, cut up
- Pizza Cashew Cheese from Choosing Raw
- Hummus
- Marys Gone Crackers (Caraway)
