So today was a wee bit unusual – I had a work lunch and therefore do not have a lunchbox to share with you. That got me thinking about what I could share that was lunchbox related instead. Since I am determined to write a recipe index for this blog, I thought I would start by sharing with you some of the more recent recipes I have included in my lunchboxes:

I love that you bring your smoothies in jars. I have been meaning to try azuki beans but haven't gotten there yet… I know they have great health benefits.
