I was tempted to repack the celery in a jar just for the picture. It has been freezing here in Washington and while I don’t like to bring soup to work (spillage central), I decided it was time for soup. So here is lunch and two snacks (more like 1.5 snacks):
- Soups made of blended odds and ends – the last bit of a can of coconut milk, the last bit of a can of pumpkin, some roasted pumpkin and sweet potato, some raw spinach, parsley, hot sauce and lime. I even brought the second half of the lime to further add flavor. It was good considering it was odds and ends.
- More Canadian Bloggy Snack, aka a third of a recipe of Angela’s Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats (I substitute stevia for the maple syrup and skipped the toppings) topped with Ricki’s Sugar Free Oven Dried Cranberries.
- Lime for the soup
- Celery

Dude I eat EVERYTHING out of jars! It's so much easier and I love knowing that there's no plastic leeching into my food! Yay for jars!
