- Raw kale salad, aka massaged kale salad (with extra virgin oilive oil, lemon juice and sea salt using this method)
- Kelly’s Creamy Bean Dip from The Spunky Coconut Cookbook
- Mexican Chocolate Mousse
- Chard leaves to use as wraps for the bean dip and the veggie burgers, which, speaking of,
- Raw crackers
- A variation on Gena’s Conservation Burgers– mine use chia seeds instead of flax, almond meal instead of almond pulp, and parsley and Herbamare instead of Spike. I shape mine in slight ovals to make them fit into the lunchbox:

What a tasty looking lunchbox! I really need to try kale salad because I see it on blogs so often and I could eat steamed kale by the bunch. Nom!
