Thank you for all the comments on my April recap. Today’s lunch and a snack:
Astute readers will note that this lunchbox contains a couple of dishes from last week – while I try to post my lunchboxes the day I eat them, or close to (though Yesterday’s Lunchbox just sounds unappetizing, that is often what you see in a lunchbox post), today is a 7am yoga day. So far I am on week 4 of my attempt to work out in the morning and, this is the important part, actually not hate every minute of it. I am also at the point where my body no longer screams when I do downward facing dog that early in the day, so I am viewing this as progress.

Aah…downward dog–the nemesis of those of us with tight hamstrings! Congrats on getting in the morning workouts!
