- Raw Mom Kale Salad (a new favourite of mine)

- Tomato Curry Salad Dressing (for a salad that will be catered in today at work)
- Apple
- Carob Walnut Truffles
- Paul D’arco Tea
I’m really loving kale and I’m trying to include it in my meals on a regular basis, as I’ve easily done with spinach (salads, smoothies, juices).
I already include it in smoothies and I make kale chips once a month or so. Now that I’ve discovered the Raw Mom Kale Salad and I found this new soup (I’m still trying to track down the recipe for you), I think that it won’t be so hard!

Thank you Faye. I love kale (as you can tell from my lunchboxes and the lightly steamed kale and kale salad that appear regularly) but I also use it juice, smoothies and as kale chips. I find it to be as versatile as spinach.
