Today’s lunchbox contains lunch and two snacks:
- Masala Tofu from Appetite for Reduction: 125 Fast and Filling Low-Fat Vegan Recipes
- Ginger Mashed Sweet Potatoes & Apples also from Appetite for Reduction
- Half of a homemade sunshine burger (recipe from Choosing Raw)
- Steamed broccoli
- Raw carrots and bell pepper
- Easy chia pudding: 3/4 cup coconut milk beverage (unsweetened) with 3 Tbsps chia seeds and a dropper of vanilla stevia (it had not yet gelled when I took the picture)
