Earlier today, Wendy of Celiacs in the House tweeted me about the Food Network’s blog Brown Bag Challenge. It sounds right up my alley – I think I will blog a lunchbox Monday to Thursday with a roundup on Fridays. Long-time lunchbox readers know that the lunchbox you see on a given day is usually yesterday’s lunchbox rather than today’s, so I am wondering how to make this challenge work in my schedule. I definitely want to do it though, because I think gluten-free vegan lunchboxes need to be represented. Anyone else interested in participating? All details are here.
