Happy Thursday! My husband made stirfry this week, and I got home too late to enjoy it for dinner, so I get to enjoy it as part of a lunchbox:
- Green smoothie experiment (let’s just say this experiment was only ok)
- Romaine with red peppers
- Leftover peanut-sauced vegetable and tofu stir-fry leftovers. I packed enough of the stir-fry to have a hearty lunch and some for a snack
