The Healthy Living Summit has been lovely in that I have gotten to meet so many people I knew through blogging including Anne of fANNEetastic food (who is a master at the angling of a camera for taking a picture of two people), Katie of Nourishing Flourishing (who provides so much inspiration), and Freya of Brit Chick Runs (who I think travelled the furthest to come to HLS).
I also got to finally meet Victoria of District Chocoholic (who I am hosting a blog event with).
And I got to meet Annelies of Attune Foods (who also has a beautiful personal blog la vie en route) and who was one of the people who made sure there were gluten-free options at this conference. I cannot tell you how exciting it was to see a gluten-free buffet table at both breakfast and lunch:
In addition to the people above whom I already knew prior to HLS, today I discovered many new-to-me blogs, like Healthy Dairyland, Fit For Life, Thin and Sweet, Then Heather Said, Carly Bananas, Feet of Fancy, Lunchmeat Blog, and countless others. It was definitely a fun day and now I am off to dinner with other bloggers.

Looks like you had an amazing weekend–what a special event!
Looks like a great time, and so glad, again, that you and Ms. Anne connected!!
It was so great to meet you – I hope that many, many people there got to talk to you, because you are such an inspiring example of somebody who has a high-powered career who makes healthy living a priority. Keep up with that AM yoga!
I was so delighted to meet you face-to-face! You are simply wonderful. We'll be in touch xo
How wonderful, Valerie! It's always great to meet one's virtual friends IRL and make more new friends! The only one I've met in person in that group is Annelies, who is super lovely. How fabulous that she ensured the gluten-free table for meals! She's definitely been a great friend to the gluten free.
